I changed the admins to the usergoup anonymous and now i can't access the website? or the admin.php can anyone help me please???????? do you have phpmyadmin?

If you have access to phpmyadmin, you can manually set the admin in the users table to rank 7 level 5.

Also in groups_users_link table set
uid=1 (assuming that is the admin ID) to groupid 1
