Is there a way to put custom blocks ahead XOOPS blocks?
For example On my page i want It to go like this Custom block w/html then XOOPS blocks. Ive tried weighting the blocks but it seems like it wont work that way. Ive tried turning some off and that doesnt work, so i end up just removing them all to start over and end up back at square one.

Some blocks wont even show up on the pages i want them to, why is this? Like the login page it wont show up on the top page at all. Neither will some other blocks, what am i doing wrong? Id appeciate any help. Thanks.

Ok sorry i was just really frustrated, lol im used to doing everything with a drop and drag editor . Im looking the links i see i have some stuff to learn about XOOPS so ill be studying tonight thanks for the help.
