i'm use newbb_2.0Beta2 but Recent Topics can't view anyone can help me fix this bug

This is a beta software, and is thus not recommended for use on live websites... Predator probably has wo0rked a lot on the code since this version, but I don't know how long he will be with the next release.

This is a known permission problem caused by a small database mis-configure.
