XoopsGallery error, need help!

when clicking permissions, i get an error 500: internal server error.

no debug info available due to this error.

note: i only ever receive this error when the memory limit is exhausted.. due to my site being on a hosted server i am unable to increase the limit from it's current 8mb max.

is there any fixes for this?

This can also happen when the wrong permissions (CHMOD) are applied. Check and double check your permssions to be absolutely sure.

hmmm, i've just chmod everything in the xoopsgallery folder to 777 just to be sure.

the problem still occurs :(

is there any other gallery module that allows users to multi-upload?

XCGallery is excellent and i love it's functionality, but it sadly lacks multi-upload for users and my members are screaming at me for multi-upload as uploading 60 - 100 images at a time is very tedious and puts people off completely. my members are therefore going to other sites that have this feature..

Without more information on the problem, I don't know what else to add. All I can suggest is that you look for similar users having the same problem on the Gallery Project Pages.

Although it is not related to XOOPS, the module is based off this code and sometimes the same fixes and work-arounds will apply.
