where is Submit Site link?

I enabled the option so that ppl can submit a link, but I can't find the button for it. I looked in usermenu and main menu, and everywhere else. Anyone where the link is?

You have to click on the Links itenm in the menu to make it visible as a submenu item.

sorry I still don't get it, by "click on the links item in the menu" which menu do u mean?
The admin menu? or the menu on the frontpage of the site?

I am still confused....

The Main Menu, the submenu only appears when you reach the destination page
