This is probably a dumb question but I'm a newbie to all this. In the download area of your site where you submit a download how do you change bytes to KB or megabytes?

I also noticed that xoops.org has different extensions in downloads also. Can anyone tell me how to do this also?

for eg. in my download area on my site when I submit a download and it comes up it has "xxx" bytes. I want to change "bytes" to KB or MB.

When you submit a download, it uses the amount of bytes to calculate the size in bytes, kb or mb, whichever is appropriate. So it does this automatically.

Not quite, Herko.

When you submit a download, you are asked to specify the file size. Could be good with a selection of

file size: _____ []Bytes []KB []MB

Or something

Then you round the numbers yourself, while if you use the bytes of a file, the module rounds it for you (try and add a file size of 100.000 bytes, it's not 100kb).
