is there any advanced feature where ?

Users actually can upload their own avatars..
what is it you want to ask actually?

Logged in as Admin:

System Admin->Preferences->User Info Settings

Select "Allow custom avatar upload? Yes|No"

Users will now be able to change their avatar under "View Account"

What folder do you upload a bunch of avatars to by way of ftp

hey thanks a lot i didnt see that option for custom aavtars enabling from the admin panel.
Now i checked and enabled it too

I am uploading aavtars through the admin panel itself..
even i need help on uploading aavtars in bulk say around 200 aavtars together i want to upload, its pain to upload 1 by 1 from panel..
