Has anyone made a hack for newbb that converts the url for easy google and search engine bots.

Reynaldo's shortURL hack is very capable and easy to setup. Google has now deep crawled my site also yahoo/altavista, and msn. This hack is mant to be universal, but it isnt. So be pepared for some modules not to work properly. Someone needs to find a way to turn the rewrite off for selected modules.

I have no problems with getting Google to crawl my XOOPS sites without mod rewrite.
