First try clearing out your template_c folder, and check the permissions are CHMOD 777. And check the cache folder permissions too

Hey we haw.. the template thing seemed to have fixed my issue. THANKS sooo much.. Inded that made my day.. tahnks everyone that helped me out. I appreciate it very very very muchly.. :)
