ill try that now and then come back to you if it doesnt
work. yes i was given a tempory url, but it looked like a folder or something, when i install xooops into the public_html folder then i should be able to go into my temporary URL and then click on publick html and the XOOPS installation should come up?
after that it seems pretty easy.
