how can I insert the code to visualize the control of the blocks right and left in my theme?

Not sure I understand the question... Do you want the user to be able to control the left and right blocks (remove or change the size) dynamically?

yes
you go on www.xoop-themes.org and selects the theme " urbanize "
here, I would like a similar function for the blocks...
how do I do

if you want... I have a tutorial (in french butvery simply to understand) on xoops-themes.org.

On a theme I have make a button to hide :
- the header
- the left blocks
- the right blocks
- the footer

I want this because I want to print the center blocs only in some case.
you can test it on xoops-themes.org... choose 'dubuis' in the template block

Is it what your looking for ?

On www.xoops-themes.org you can find also an english forum.

But I have resolved copying the present code in the theme urbanize.
Because in the theme from you quoted, when you changed page, the blocks returned as before.
however I have not found the guide on the blocks on xoops-themes.
