how can i stop my banner ad at top from being a link?

i want the banner at the top of the site to simply be an image, and not a link that pops open a new window. how can i do this?
take a look at my site to see what i am saying.

Hello there,

you cant, banners by their nature are links.

you need to replace the banner code with image code in your theme.html file
