How do you MAKE your site offline! to then upload it to your server!

Hi, i understand you need a server, i am paying for
hosting from planetxoops.
But where do you EDIT your site?

You would normally install XOOPS on your hosted site - following the instructions etc given by XOOPS during install.

Then enter your site using your browser.

You enter the administration password and enter XOOPS admin part.

This would be where you edit your site.

You can't have you XOOPS offline. You can write news items within word or something like that and then copy them over to XOOPS however you can not view or change things offline.
