How to make the spacing between weblogs?

this is what it looks like in the current weblog..It look messy and hideous.

all the weblogs are too close to one another. How do you out a space between those? perhaps a 3 lines of space?

Although I don't really know why you'd want additional spacing (i.e. my weblog spacing looks fine), you can change the spacing in .\modules\weblog\templates\weblog_entries.html.

At the end of the file, there is the following code (single new of additional spacing indicated in red):

yea ..
make it 3 lines spacing before 2nd date..

i place a <br> somewhere in the index.php but end up having error

Sorry about that. I must've editted my post while you were responding to what I originally posted.

Anyway, if you want more spacing where I indicated, just add another <br \> or two

I did a little bit of tweaking of the weblog templates to even out the spacing etc recently. If this looks like it would be useful to you let me know and I'll send them to you.

you can add \modules\weblog\styles.css to your theme .css file or /xoops.css.

I have the same problem, i have tried everything, including the <br />. Each time i make an alteration I have to uninstall the weblog and reinstall it to see a result.

And I still cannot get decent spacing.

Why doesn't the line/spacer at the beginning of an entry repeat itself?

Why does the next date and category etc come on the next line after 'read' without a line/space.

The look of my blog is important, I don't understand why the <br /> doesn't work never mind altering the code to make it look pleasant!! Heeelp, this is a good module, what am I doing wrong?
