I just finished setting up XOOPS at my site, it looks great and im pretty exited about it. But i didnt knew that i had to apply the language pack _before_ i did the install. So the questions is this:

Can i overwrite the "modules", "language" and "images" folders with the ones in the language pack??

Yes, you can add other languages after you installed your site. It will ot overwrite complete folders and files, but add a new language folder (e.g. german) to the modules' and main language/ folders. Then, in your genral settings page of the system admin, you select the language you want to use

Im going through some problems, you say i dont need to overwrite anything, but then, how should i install the spanish language pack?

When i unzip i get two folders:

html
doc

then, i enter the html folder and there are 4 more:

images
install
language
modules

as im installing the package after installing xoops, i supouse that "install" its not needed, but "images", "language" and "modules" are.

"language" copied without problems, as spanish wasnt there before but "modules" and "images" didnt, im asked to overwrite several files, so what im doing wrong?

should i copy this folders to / as the others or there is some other place where translation images and modules go?
