A this time when a normal user post a new article, in news section, he can edit and insert only the text that will show in first page of news module. How I can change the normal form to permit to an user to write long article (with a presentation in first page and more large part accesible by "read more..." link) like php-nuke in example

You cant in Xoops. You would need to give certain users "admin" rights to the news module in system admin/groups. An "admin" menu will appear in the users login, but they will only have access to the "News" admin, nothing else. You can set up a "group" that have these privilages.

The need of special permission is right, but now an user can post an article realy long all in first page, no a little introduction.
There is the possibility to limit the lenght of text that an user can insert in first page? I can't filter all insertion.
Thanks for anwsers
