How to create site with multilingual content support using xoops?

Hi, guys

I wish to create my own site using XOOPS and I need to support two languages on it, Russian and English. Do you know how I can do this? Is it possible to do without some code changes or programming?

Please do a search for multilanguage first, there are a few very long posts and some interesting news items about that. It is possible, but do a search and read those threads before you post your questions here in the forums
