our XOOPS site often connect error
"Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /data/home/ug75h1/htdocs/shop/html/kernel/configitem.php on line 286"

why?

Try to reupload conifgitem.php file in kernel directory ?
and maybe class directory too

With which version is there this bug ?

This is the classic error message when your system is unable to connect to your database. Probably means a failure of you database server (like mysql). Check with your host.
