The problem is on this part of my site:
http://members.lycos.nl/luijtenduidelijk/html/modules/empty5/index.php

I think that everybody have seen the problem, it is with the great blank screen. This happens always if I put to much blocks at one module.

Does anybody know's how I can fix it?

P.S. Maybe it is the module, cause it is a very simple one.

Index.php:
include "../../mainfile.php";
include XOOPS_ROOT_PATH."/header.php";
include_once XOOPS_ROOT_PATH."/footer.php";
?>

Hi Roytje,
It is not clear to me what exactly is your problem
When I hit the link I see a page that is not entirely blank, just blank at the top. Is that your problem?

Aloha

Yep, that's my problem
Between the section with the block and the menubar should be no space at all!

I hope you can help!

Well, would be glad to help you, but am not an expert on this.
I looked at the source code of this page and saw that is different from others on your site (and they display ok, I assume)
The code of the 'blank' page has a mix of everything in it. So maybe that is the problem.

Aloha

Hmm, It is the same module, so that isn't the problem I think.

EDIT:
But if I copy the sourcecode, paste it in dreamweaver and view it in browser the same thing occured!

Maybe it is this piece of the source code that's doing it :

Quote:

Try it without the image test_08.jpg to see if the blank disappears.

No, that doesn't help. But the problem only appears by more than 6blocks, so maybe we can do it at another way.
This is my suggestion:
We make a block with a couple of links that links to the concerned block with the correct piece of apparatuur. We can make those "blocks" (the sections with the piece of appartuur)in a separate html file. But the problem is that I don't know how to link to a .html file so that it is in the "part of the page that is meant to place text" (don't know the exact word in englis)

Does any of you know?

There are many ways (maybe too many) you can do this.

You can embed html in php, see this link :
https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=14939&forum=17#forumpost61583

You can also wrap your html into XOOPS with modules like :
CJay content, freecontent, Tiny content (forgive me if I forgot one) Then you can link from your menu to the pages you wrapped.
