I'm looking for a kind of Poll module where
the webmaster asks an "opened question"
and the member (or guest) replies from a text area.
Example:
Poll : "What do you think of the site ?"
Answer : blank zone to write his own reply.
That's not a heavy module, just some basic features, but I don't know how to make it...

You don't mention what would happen with the user's answer. Would it go to a database where you could browse the answers? Would the answers be displayed in the site? If this latter option is correct, you could try tweaking the xtremguestbook to include a single entry.
