I am running XOOPS website and posting a lot of news there. One man runs his website on XOOPS too. We have a plan and now i need info, how to make it.

That man wants to see my news headlines on his XOOPS site. For example, when i am posting a news story, i need, that headline of this story would appear on other XOOPS website. And when visitor of other XOOPS website clicks on the headline, he must to be redirected to my website. How could we make something like this?

Unless I don't understand everything you are asking, you can do that by running your RSS feed found at yoursite.com/backend.php on his site. The headlines will appear on his site when you post them and they will carry the readers back to your site to see the story.

The RSS is already there, and can be access through http://www.yoursite.com/backend.php

All your friend needs to do is install Headlines module, and add your site http://www.yoursite.com/backend.php
