looking at your site both look fine in ie and mozilla, mmm not sure if it's a CSS prob with the theme css and/or xoops.css
Could it be related to a module CSS, I mention this as I had some issues with some modules, one being XOSC as it has it's own CSS which means that content is not displayed as it should font, colors, etc (XOSC is being fixed for this now).
I'm not the biggest expert, so other than my suggestion it would be as Ackbar stated:
