Pb new Block into Anonymous profile

All is ok to create a HTML block into the user profile.
But when I try into the non-registered user profile, it appears into the user profile and not the choosen one (top page + anonnymous user + visible by all).
I want to have a customized block for all kind of people on my site...

go to system admin -> groups and check the block for the anonymous users group

Having groups can be useful
