I am not a programmer, or a web designer and absolutely know nothing about anything when it comes to coding, html, uploading files APART FROM WHAT I WANT IT TO DO!

I do not know even if this mesage is in the right category!

In any case my cry for help is as follows:

I need a person who has good knowledge of Xoops.

2ndly I do not have money, what I can say it will be worth your while once this goes life.

Anyone who want to take this challenge please reply

Just an add on to my message:

I need the following done to start with please.

I have already installed Xoops done it via Quickinstall on my server.

1. Proper setup of the installed version
2. I have manage to upload a Xoops theme> need that as default
3. Installing Ecommerce either Zen or Oscommerce for Xoops ( I would prefer Os commerce because a module has been written to integrate Affiliate Pro already)

Their will be other development work, however I do not think it will be cumbersome

Please I beg someone to take on the task to help me

Phobe-Rose,

Do I get it correct that you are asking someone to write a module for XOOPS supporting oscommerce ?
May I ask why ?

Is it a website that needs to be updated by XOOPS but has a shop area ?
Ifso, people can simply be jumping into the oscommerce shop area and to their shopping there.

Please share some more information and I might be able to get you going..

I am not sure, if it's worth having Xoops and the shop togather. If your requirement is just the shop, then you can verywell install any ecommerce apps.

You are right Deepak, that is why I asked what the exact purpose is.
I once created a theme for a XOOPS website so that I could Incorporated oscommerce as an iframe, so it looked part of the website.

Is this simple to implement? i want to do something that but was not sure "how to?"

I still have a test version. However the OSCommerce isn't shown anymore, but it gives you a basic idea of how I created the theme. What you see in XOOPS, what you don't see is oscommerce ;)

of course, I created a theme in oscommerce that fitted the xoops theme nicely ..

Review your "session" settings. This is what I got:
1054 - Unknown column 'value' in 'field list'

select value from sessions where sesskey = 'b31f0cb0bd2b17183bf121a350495000' and expiry > '1315427925'

That is correct.. Told you oscommerce doesn't work there anymore so you get that message. Actually, the oscommerce database was removed.
