I am agree with you but unfortunately when the translators of xoops 2.5 did the two translations and put the spanish utf-8 in a folder called spanishutf8 and left the iso in the folder spanish, that is the reason that I have to use the two folder because if I left only the spanish folder, when the spanish people install the module, they will have charset errors.
And that is the xoops distributed by esxoops, the spanish comunity.
