I can't find the original version of your module on SourceForge, but i think this might be an updated version. by Zirafka.
As far as I can see only a few lines were altered in /admin/index.php, just as zyspec explained.

I suggest to follow his suggestions. I think the edit of /admin/index.php will do the trick.
