My hosting says that my web site is using ASP.NET version 1.1 and my assumption was that XOOPS only uses php. Well I have modules like AMS, survey and standard. Now how I can check the version of ASP.NET if it is in use. thanks

Could you please confirm us whether your site is configured with asp.net 1.1 or 2.0. Also your site using lot of server load. Where your site is configured with the separate application pool,even though your site is crashing entire IIS service frequently. The issue is with your site configurations only, but we are looking for an permanent fix from our side.I personally hope I will trace out the case soon. I need some co-operations with you.

ASP.NET is a web application framework developed and marketed by Microsoft to allow programmers to build dynamic web sites, web applications and web services. XOOPS doesn't use this. Unless you've installed it separately, your host is mistaken.
