the contents of these folders "/xoops_data/caches/", which can remove without damaging the site?

Yes, but leave index.html there for security reasons.

Rather than delete them manually, you can install the xoopscare module from Instant Zero and this will delete them for you from time to time.

The module also does other maintenance tasks too

I deleted all folders of caches folder, but my site show blank page!
i created again xoops_cache , smarty_cache , smarty_compile and changed permission to 777 but did not repair. please help me?

I think they meant that it was ok to delete the files in the folders (except for index.html), not to delete the folders themselves...

did you make a backup before deleting?

Things to try:

1. Clear your browser's cache too though the browser's tools and delete all files/pages stored.

2. Rather than recreating the files manually, re-upload them from your PC using your FTP software, just like you did when you first installed xoops.

Can you access admin?

Can you login using yoursite.com/user.php?

Delete xoops_data and repeat as in the install: upload the missing directories and set their permissions.

No, i didn`t any back up from cache folder, I thought it is not Important that i deleted cache folder, because i had another problem with some modules.
And i can not access admin of my site.
I have many data and i do not install new xoops. please help me?

The xoops_data folder has nothing to backup.
You can simply recopy it from the 2.4.3 distribution zip file.
Mind the path and name as specified in the mainfile.php and set the write permission for each and all (sub)folders.

Are you sure of your locations (correct names and paths)?
Did you not erase other folders or files?
Do the file check (see release notes).
