I installed the SocialNet module and I can not figure out how to get the mp3 upload to work I keep getting an error. Is there setting somewhere that I might be missing.
I'm using XOOPS 2.4.3
In my php.ini file uploads are 10m the mp3s I have tried are 5m

Check out the install and readme files.
Mosttimes there is a directory needed to create (eg a subdirectory of uploads?) with 777 permissions to set.
Any messages with debug on?

The folders are there and permiossions correct there was two files that needed replaced userinfo.php and mimetypes.inc.php under class files.
I can not find any read me files for module yet I can not even find module again the site is not working, but I was hoping someone here might be familiar with how it works.

In the xoops_version.php and php.ini I changed to 10000000 from 6000000 also under preferance for scoialnet I changed to 10000000 but I still can not upload mp3s over 2m is there somewhere else to change upload limits that I am missing

Your host may have a preset limit on upload sizes. My host sets it at 25 megs. So I have to set uploads to my XOOPS install at a 24000K max.

not my host I can upload larger files the limit is 50meg I only need up to 8 meg so must be in php code limits
any help?

I am still looking for any help on how to upload mp3s over 2meg.
I am also wondering why this post is mark fixed when no one was able to help me solve problem?
