Tag 2.30 RC plugin for NewBB (3.08)

I don't know how to use the tag plugin for NewBB forum.
I have a newbb.php file in Tag plugin folder.
But I don't know whether it's the correct plugin nor how to implement it ...

you can use tag module just in newbb 4 ! and newbb 4 is still beta !!!

It is not recommended for production sites, only for tests.
