I used the x-translam to translate to greek language. But I have an encoding problem. How can I solve this?

There is a minor bug currently in xTRANSAM 1.09 - with language in subfolders of language paths, is this the encoding problem you are talking about, where it doesn't create the directory and doesn't write some files in the system module?

I did the translation and the rebuild but when i try my language as default the translated content doesnt show up correctly. I believe i have to turn the translated files as a utf-8 but i dont know how.

I can provide the Italian translation but I don't know how the module for translation works. I am using it, all right, but it seems to just store translations into the database, it doesn't create any file that can be distributed. Am I doing anything wrong?

Where can I find it?
I searched the modules but the closest thing I found is xLanguage, which apparently has nothing to do with translations.

Sorry, I meant lang_tool.
It does no assisted translation, with eg Google etc, but it is simple to operate.
Use the featered version 0.0761.

Caution: it works on the live system!
