Nothing works, I've tried everything I can think of and the download just will not start, or I get an error message. I've tried it several different ways.

Path is set correctly. When I click on the link in the email it just gives me a blank page and the download never begins.

His example was on a windows PC and most XOOPS sites are hosted on Linux servers and that's why the physical paths differ with the use of the slashes.

@quest : sorry for confused explanations (poor english )

Now you get correct path, I believe you should try with another document, eg a simple jpg image.

No problem Burning, I really appreciate your help.

I tried to do it without a .zip file, just tried a plain .pdf and it still gave me a blank page with no download.
