Can't View Moderators' Profile Pages

I'm the site admin, and get "You don't have permission to access this area" when I click on a Moderator's name to try to view his/her profile page. I can view the profiles of members of other groups normally.

XOOPS 2.3.3

Where should I look?

Is the link under the name correct (/userinfo.php?uid=123)?

If it was after system upgrade to 2.3 or 2.4 check privilages to Profile" module

The link was correct.

I had been attempting to adjust permissions under the "Groups" section in the Control Panel, and didn't notice that there's a separate "User Profile" settings section aside from Groups and Modules. After adjusting the permissions in there, that solved the problem.
