Yes. Following errors are present:
Quote:
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "/xo_metas.html" in file /class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1093
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "/xo_scripts.html" in file /class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1093
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "/xo_navbar.html" in file /class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1093
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "/xo_menu.html" in file /class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1093
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "/xo_toolbar.html" in file /class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1093
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "/xo_footer.html" in file /class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1093

This is a problem of the Oxygen admin theme, because it works with default.

Use temporary the default theme for this operation.

The add custom block is not showed on some installations, because the admin panel is only partially showed and there is a claim that installing a module (VJ Mixes) may also affect the view of the oxygen panel.

Not excluding bad behaving modules (altough VJ mixes is a recent one of Wishcraft), but it seems the GUI needs some hardening.

I'm wondering if it is still a good idea to have it as default installed panel.

It seems that after uploading the recent changes from Trabis, this is working now fine. Can you ask the users to download the recent changes from SVN Trunk and test it?

I am checking with Wishcraft on VJ Mixes.

Wishcraft said that VJ Mixes needs Tag module. Can the user from France install Tag, and then test again?

I tested locally here, and without Tag, the Main Index of VJ Mixes doesn't work. Once I copy Tag to the /modules directories (even w/o installing it), it works just fine.

A bug arises if a module creates a new $xoopsTpl overwriting the existing one (created with xoops_cp_header()). This was happening in system module blocksadmin/main.php causing issues with GUI that were using $xoopsTpl(exm, oxygen). That piece of code was deleted because it was not being used at all .

We could have created $xoopsAdminTpl to assure compatibility with modules that are using their own $xoopsTpl variable (such as mytabs and others), but we consider that keeping same name will avoid confusion and that $xoopsTpl created by modules is bad coding practice. Modules can now use core $xoopsTpl or create their own $moduleDirnameTpl if needed.
