Did you try once another browser eg Firefox?
Do you have still problems on XOOPS.org?

Your site seems more then a year old. I assume this problem started a few weeks ago. What did you change or add recently on your site?
What is the PHP version?

No, I will try, but I would like continuing with IE.

Not at the moment.

The fact is that the problem occurs more than 1 year ago, before changing the provider.
I realized the problem occurred after installing the theme "blue-ipb", but once removed it the problem was still there.

Did you already changed the session time preferences in system general?
Or setting the "$enableRegenerateId=true" on ../kernel/session.php

You have to edit /kernel/session.php and change that line, to see if it helps.

(There are no error messages in debug or in the Apache logs?)

Yes I know that and I did it yesterday.
My question is: what happen in the XOOPS behaviour when you set "$enableRegenerateId=true"?

No error in degug.

Where do I find the Apache logs?

P.S. Now I am having again problems with xoops.com.
1) To post I have to logout and login again (but non always)
2) If I change the theme to default it return automatically to wox when I access to forum again and in wox I don't find the login box. Boh???

See your hoster's documentation.

I had also some problems with page loading around 10h CET. It turned out routing problems for US inter city links on the Level3.net

Surpass Hosting is monitoring the server and for the last two weeks the performance was very good according to the logs, and I also didn't experienced any delays here in USA.

I hope, others have the same positive experience with our server.

Surpass Hosting is doing a great job making sure that our server is running fine, and we're very happy to have them as our host.

Unfortunately my hoster do not allow access to Apache log.

Do you have an answer to my question:
"what happen in the XOOPS behaviour when you set "$enableRegenerateId=true"?"

It was a routing problem of the used network Level3.net . Your route may use other networks to access the XOOPS.org server. Use tracert or similar programs to find out.

This one is in a normal situation.
It is sometimes the link New York - Washington that seems the most problematic.

That is not very good, don't you have a site admin panel with log options? (I hope hosting is cheap, otherwise you may consider moving).

I'm not so fond in this Session things. It is that the ID will change every request or so. The user won't notice. But for some it worked better.
