In the upcoming 2.4.0 (now beta and in test) there are some extensions done (see change log) and some Morphogenesis based themes have buttons to change the character size.
Not sure if this is what you asked for.

how about current version or version 2.0. how do i add the w3c disability access?

For both you have to wait for 2.4.0 final and then you can doing the upgrade.
In the meanwhile you can check already the beta out on your local PC with eg XAMPP.

You can install a theme anytime you want or incorporate the widget to yours.

just to ask another question, is it possible for me to add Tab in my website? is it i hv to write codes or there's module that i just need to install?

You can create Tabs like the ones on this sites home page using My Tabs Module by Trabis.

how come my tab cannot come out as tab..
it come out as in the photo shown.. please help.. do i left out anything?

Maybe you didn't set the properties correctly?

Do you have only one tab? Maybe if you have two, it will look differently?
