Hi there this is my first post and I am new to web design and new to xoops.
I have used fantastico delux to automatically install XOOPS onto my web hosting server. The install appeared to be clean except for a warning message "system has been disabled for security reasons in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine...

I would like to know what to do next, when I go to my URL I get a blank page, but I do not know how I can log into my XOOPS install to start creating my site :(

The message seems related to the cPanel/Fantastico installer. You should ask your hoster about that.

Because these installer is not always providing the latest version of XOOPS, we recommand doing the install yourself starting the download package at the home page.
Read also carefully the article with the release notes.
It might be a little more work, but it is more rewarding afterwards.
