I've been experimenting with my first web site and have installed the vshow theme from XOOPS new gallery (1/2column). The theme has installed correctly, however it does not have the log in box so - how do I now log in as admininstrator

Hi there this is my first post and I am new to web design and new to xoops.
I have used fantastico delux to automatically install XOOPS onto my web hosting server. The install appeared to be clean except for a warning message "system has been disabled for security reasons in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine...

I would like to know what to do next, when I go to my URL I get a blank page, but I do not know how I can log into my XOOPS install to start creating my site :(
