Some members can't view some of the topics even if it's their own

I just upgraded to newbb 4.0 on the past weekend and some of the topics can't be viewed by some members even if the one of their own. I checked the group permissions, permission tables on the newbb admin page and everything seems to be in order.

It simply says that "you are not allowed to view this page" as an XOOPS error I mean it's not like error 405, it's a XOOPS error.

I also checked the forums and faq here but couldn't find any answer yet.

Any idea?

NewBB 4.0 is not for productions systems. Revert the upgrade.

What do you mean production system? it's simply a forum website, there is no production.

CBB 4.0 is only for testing.

What we call a "production site" is a site that is open to the public.

All modules that are "for testing" might contain bugs that will result in disappointed users or might expose you Website to hackers.

Therefore please use CBB 3.08
