Cannot redeclare class SaxParser

Very recently I started to get this error, resulting in a blank page, well except for the following

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SaxParser in /home/ozmsorg/public_html/class/xml/saxparser.php on line 17

It doesn't happen all the time, just occasionally, but of course it shouldn't happen at all ;o)

Can anyone shed some light on what is happening and ideally how to fix it please?

We'll need a little more information before we can try to help:
Xoops Version:
PHP Version:
Modules Installated (w/ versions):

Any description of what you were doing at the time would also help.

Thanks for the reply Zyspec, though it happened about 6 times so far, a page refresh always fixed it and the problem seems to be gone now (touch wood), I cleaned up some XML/RSS feedy type modules, not sure that it fixed anything but I will bump this topic if it happens again.
