I'd like some advice please. I am looking for a basic module, which I could use as my 'home page' (Xoops 2.3.3 English) which pulls in news feeds (Google News, CNN, etc) and displays them.

I have been looking everywhere for this - all I can find to date is something called RSS Center, but you just about need a pilot's license to understand it.

Short of trying to write a static page to pull this in (my skills aren't that great) I was hoping there would be a simple module that would pull in this information (create a category, input the RSS feed address, display how many items to show, pictures to show or not, etc) but I can't find anything at all.

I'n relatively new to XOOPS so maybe I'm missing something. If anyone has any suggestions I'd be grateful.

Thanks deka87. Sorry to appear stupid, but where do I find it? I even tried a google search but can't find it anywhere (sorry for being such a n00b ... I really appreciate your help).

Would anybody know which files to edit to change the presentation layout in xhld? I want to get rid of the date & time that shows and the RSS feed name that shows to the right of each headline. All I basically want is the headline and the story.
