My site is http://www.bacolodcityjobs.com/

When you visit it you can see these messages.

Warning: include(/hermes/web01/b1364/pow.myphilippines/htdocs/bacolodjobs/include/common.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hermes/web01b/b1364/pow.myphilippines/htdocs/bacolodjobs/mainfile.php on line 97

Fatal error: Call to a member function stopTime() on a non-object in /hermes/web01b/b1364/pow.myphilippines/htdocs/bacolodjobs/header.php on line 36

Contacted the support of my hosting service and they said that the problem is with the scripting.

Can anybody here point to me where to fix this problem.

Thanks in advance.

I did not touch anything. I only discovered it this morning when I visited it. I immediately report it to my hosting support and this is the reply from them;

"I have checked the URL's at http://www.bacolodcityjobs.com/ and found that it is a scripting issue. I have also checked the cgi error log from backend and found some errors in the script. Please correct errors in the scripts from your end and check."

I'm confused. I'm running a 2.3.2b version of XOOPS in this site.

Here are the other server info;
Platform Type: Debian
MySQL Version: 5.0.45
Perl 5.8.8
PHP Version: PHP 5.2.2

Start from the first error and look in the path for the file which failed to open. If the file isn't there try uploading the missing file to the path mentioned.

Does this file exist on your v-host:
/hermes/web01/b1364/pow.myphilippines/htdocs/bacolodjobs/include/common.php

I look into the the errors and check them one-by-one, all the files indicated as "No such file or directory" are present on my server.

check if /include/common.php and class/xoopsblock.php exists on the site, and has correct file permissions. chmod 644 i believe. (and upload them if they are missing.)

if that doesnt work, use the file checked from the XOOPS package to see if you are missing any files.

Re: Xoops site is down please help!!!

THERE IS AN EXTRA 'B' in those addresses!!!

'web01' versus 'web01b'.

That is probably an error in the mainfile.php code.

Check that your paths are set correctly in that file. It cannot find the 'common.php' file because of the missing 'B'.

Hmm, I am curious how did it happen, if he states that:

Ah, well look at the location of the 'B'.

I would be willing to bet that it was done by his hosting company!

The location of the changed directory is very high up.

He appears to be an ordinary XOOPS user.

So all of the folder above his site root would be coming from the hosting company.

The change is in the middle of this cluster or folders.
