Dear all,

Is there any updated newsletter module compatible with XOOPS 2.3.x? The current modules in XOOPS module category are all long time ago and I am afraid of compatibility problems with my current website using XOOPS 2.3.x. I want to send newsletter to the registered users of my site in HTML/plain text format.

InstantZero has a newsletter module (not free).

News 1.63 has the ability to send newsletters, and it's free
