I am using XOOPS 2.3, and am generally familiar with the operation and administration capabilities. I have a requirement to e-mail to groups of users WITH attached files, but do not see any capabilitity to do so, nor no module which provides this capability and offers 2.3 compatibility. Please help!

Just an FYI--while I would prefer to find a module at no charge, a reasonably priced add-on would be acceptable. So, if you know of any modules (I've looked at those listed in e-mail and newsletters, and they're pretty old), let me know. Thanks.

You might try SmartMail. It's an alpha release but has been around for a while. I've not tried it but it does claim to support attachments.

No, alas, nothing seems to work. Can the community update some e-mail code for 2.3?
