Hiya!

I've been searching and trying this myself, but with no luck. Can someone help me here?
When a new post is placed in the newbb forum people can receive a notification via e-mail with the complete post in the e-mail. This works just fine. However, I need top include the posters name AND e-mail.
Can someone help me out here?
Also, better would be if the notification mail would have a return-emailaddress of the poster itself, instead of the website.

Can someone help me out here, its rather urgent.

The intention of the notification system is to lure users to come visit and check your site. Trying to anomize it is against its design.
And are the users aware of this use for their email address?

it is actually pretty easy to do. you just need to edit admin/adsmod.php and add there the tags you need (like "ADS_DESC") and then add them into your language/english/mail_template/ I have added several variables in notification mails for catads module and it works just fine.

It is our intranet system. So only colleagues can access and or reply, no outsiders.
