Anything that is generated by that X_SITEURL seemes to be generating the old link. Where do I change that variable?

It is the template variable for the site URL and gets always replaced by the XOOPS_URL from mainfile.php .
You don't have multiple definitions of XOOPS_URL in there?

I'm an idiot. I was FTP'ing to the old IP address....NO WONDER my changes weren't taking effect.

I feel so stupid! :( Thank you for all of your help. I learned a lot!!
