We do not understand the features of this module. What does the module do exactly? What are the benefits or how does it compare to other similar modules?

The main feature is that you can draw a series of videos from the user name if you want to upgrade the track of friends, tv, events remaining on your site instead of going on Youtube. The comparison with other modules is that does not use database and therefore occupies little disk space
