good morning everybody

i want to put photos like the image

last add

new add ect.....


i istalled picturelurlv13 but idesnt work im Beginner

after that i installed smartmedia from xoops

im using i?presscms

xoops template

and smartmedia module

i installed smartmedia sucussfuly but what i need exactly
is doing like this image in my home page

but in my homepage i have smartmedia in the menu

actualy i did but the probleme is still in my site some members advise me post here in XOOPS if u have any idea how i can make that please help me
im waiting for a reponse i can install XOOPS if that will solve the probleme

Hi brahimbb,

I'm not shure I understand you well, sorry.

For the look is not very important what core (xoops/ImCMS) you are using (it is important for the compatability with themes/modules and maybe for the support you may recieve), but what module/templates you are using.

Are you shure you make a diference between "Theme" and "Template"? Meybe you mean theme.

I'm not familiar with smartmedia, but if you want to upload and display pictures you may try MyAlbum-P module from GiJoe and use a block with tumbnails.

Go to the Admin's Control Panel - System - Blocks and reassign the Recent Photos block from the left block to a center block display area. Also, set the Recent photos block to display on the Top Page only.

You need to use blocks.

Each module provides blocks of content that you can position on your pages.

You will probably need to edit the blocks' templates (not theme).

You can learn about blocks here.

btw. there is an arabic XOOPS support site or a French one if you need detailed native language help.
