I use Tny Web Gallery it allows complete folder uploads, auto resizing, hosts videos and has other goodies. I iframed it using a blank module I found. Mudnuts Gallery

Cons: Slow inital load in IFrame.

Here is my gallery

I use coppermine but I prefer to use it outside of the portal and just place a link to it. I find it works better that way and less complications and easier to manage.

As the originator of this thread (is it really over a year ago?!) I suppose i'd better contribute

I went with xcgall 2.0.3 in the end - my gallery is here.

It is a standard install but with a minor adjustment to the modules stylesheet so that the links take the same colours as the rest of the site and with my Upload more pictures & keywords hack.

Seems okay with XOOPS 2.3.1 too
