antifmradio,
for this you must edit the url in a file that i dont really remember.... find it urself

ok i found a starting point
when i goto my Yogurt profile and copy the link for VIEW ALL under contributions of say MESSAGE BOARDS
i see this link
http://antifmradio.com/modules/yogurt/search.php?action=showallbyuser&mid=5&uid=1

however if i goto the message boards
and look at any one of my posts.
Below my username and avatar is this stuff

if i click on my POST COUNT
i get this link instead
http://antifmradio.com/modules/newbb/viewpost.php?uid=1

at least now i know where to begin
ill look into the yogurt template.html code and see what needs to be changed
obviously the MODULE its looking in + removee the "SEARCH" function + something to call the appropriate USER ID # from the database

Re: Yogurt Social Network 2.9 BETA

i have a question.
If i log into as admin, goto my yogurt profile and hit MY COMMENTS
i can leave a comment in my own MY COMMENTS section

then i goto MY SETTINGS and make MY COMMENTS visable to all other people.

Now i log out and log in again as a REGULAR member
if i goto the admin profile...... where do the COMMENTS show up?
i dont see them.

Only way i see them is if i am logged in and click MY COMMENTS myself

its like no one else can see them

where are they displayed?

antifmradio,
in the file where this url
http://antifmradio.com/modules/yogurt/search.php?action=showallbyuser&mid=5&uid=1
is located....

you must remove the /modules/yogurt part

Re: Yogurt Social Network 2.9 BETA

ok so maybe i spoke too soon

i have found the code that calls the URL when you click VIEW ALL below each contribution section
and ill post that code below
however in that code i do not see the comment of
"modules/yogurt"
or
"modules&xoops_modID.."

this is the exact code that needs to be edited however

it is the template called
yogurt_index.html

here is the code @ line # 129 - 137

<div class="yogurt-profile-search-module-results"><!-- start results item loop -->
<{foreach
item=result from=$module.results}>
<
class="<{ cycle values=" odd,even="" }="">"> <img src="<{$xoops_url}>/<{$result.image}>" alt="<{$module.name}>" /><strong><a href="<{$xoops_url}>/<{$result.link}>"><{$result.title}></a></strong><br />
<small>(<
{$result.time}>)</small></p>

<{/foreach}><!-- end results item loop -->
<p>
<
{$module.showall_link}></p></div></div>
<{/foreach}><!-- end module search results loop --></div></div><!-- end of div of group1 -->

im having trouble seeing the specific section to edit

this section of code ONLY pertains to what happens when you click VIEW ALL

forget about that yogurt_index.html template...
just go and open the index.php file in your yogurt
directory....
and then search for the keyword
$showall_link

the link is there...
from there remove the module/yogurt thing...
and upload the edited file

thats all....

The Yogurt Social Network is an excellent module. Unfortunately it was never released with all the bugs fixed. Can someone pick this up and re-release it with everything fixed (with the original authors approval of course)? It would really help lot of us who are using it.

Thanks.
